Azerbaijan's capital will host an international gas conference in September.

Gas Infrastructure World Caspian 2010 will be held on September 15-16 bringing together delegates Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Russia, Iran, Turkey, Georgia and Bulgaria as well as European Union experts.
The conference will feature seven sessions: Understanding the crucial role of the Caspian in attaining long term energy security; Ensuring your business success in a new economic landscape; Pipeline production: expanding capacity to meet global demands; Turning resources into exports: infrastructure, logistics and transportation; NOCs and IOCs: pinpointing opportunities for collaboration;
Tapping into new capacities; Advancing the export of Caspian gas with help from the region's transit countries; and The future of investment in the Caspian region.
