New SOCAR vice president appointed

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an order, for appointing Tofig Gahramanov as the Vice President of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) on strategic development, according to the message of the company.

Previously, Gahramanov served as head of Marketing and Economic Operations Department of the company.
