SOCAR: Oil refining depth reached 95%

At the session of the Caspian-European Integration Business Club (CEIBC), SOCAR Vice President for Refining Davud Mammadov said that current depth of refining is 95%.

“The issue of refining depth has been closed – we achieved it. There remained a matter of quality that has economic limits. We can achieve its maximum at the Euro-3 level,” he said.

In this connection the SOCAR will begin upgrading its operating refineries.
