EU Energy Commissioner and SOCAR discuss the deliverance of Azerbaijani gas to EU

EU Energy Commissioner Günther Oettinger, who is on visit to Baku, held discussions with the leadership of SOCAR (State Oil Company of Azerbaijan) over project on delivery of Azerbaijani gas to Europe, including Nabucco, ITGI, Trans-Adriatic Pipeline, SOCAR reported.

The sides also discussed the alternative projects on delivery of Azerbaijani gas via the Black Sea to Europe. The talks also covered Azerbaijan's role in strengthening the energy security of the European Union.
