Azerbaijani PM: Azerbaijan-Russia goods turnover to exceed $2 billion in 2010

Azerbaijani Prime Minister Arthur Rasizade met with First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian government and National Coordinator of Russia in CIS Igor Shuvalov on March 3.
Rasizade said at a meeting that during last year due to global economic crisis volume of commodity turnover between Azerbaijan and Russia decreased by 6 percent.

"Our aim is to exceed $2 billion during this year. We appreciate our relations in all directions: economic, political spheres, in sphere of military and technical cooperation and others," Rasizade noted.

The Prime Minister stressed that Azerbaijan and Russia have no unresolved issues, except for completion of work for delimitation of Azerbaijani-Russian border.

"I think, in April experts will manage to co-ordinate unresolved issue of coordination of coordinates of the borders, running along  trans-border river and the issue of delimitation will be resolved finally," the Azerbaijani PM added.
