Prices in Baku secondary housing market released

Azerbaijan’s Participants of the Property Market Public Union has released outcomes of the monitoring into the secondary housing market in the country’s capital conducted in Dec. 2009.

The monitoring revealed that prices of housing in the secondary market was $1,186 per square meter.

The average number of rooms is 2.5, the average price of one room - $46,721 and average price of apartments is $112,650 U.S.

In Dec., 2009, sale of great part of secondary housing accounted for Nasim, Khatai and Narimanov districts of Baku with total share of 79 percent.
