Azerbaijani consul: Azerbaijan-Sverdlov Oblast relations on rise

“Relations between Azerbaijan and Sverdlov oblast of the Russian Federation are developing successfully and have good prospects,” said Azerbaijan consul general in Yekaterinburg Sultan Gasimov.

According to him, relationship with one of Russia's biggest regions is based on the agreement the governments of the oblast and Azerbaijan signed in February 2006 to develop cooperation in the commercial, economic, scientific, technical and cultural fields.
