Average price on one square meters of area in new buildings in Baku released

Azerbaijan’s Participants of Property Market Public Union has released outcomes of the November monitoring into the first housing market in Baku.
The monitoring indicated that 159 construction companies were engaged in construction of 443 buildings in November, 2009.

Majority of newly-constructed buildings account for Yasamal, Khatai and Nasimi districts of the capital with 63.6-percent share in the overall construction portfolio.

Average price on one square meters of area in new buildings was $928 per a square meter.

Average area of apartments in new buildings was 122.1 square meters.

The average height was is 15.1 floors.
