
Participants of the Property Market Public Union of Azerbaijan has released outcomes of the October monitoring into the state of the land market in the Azerbaijani capital.
The monitoring revealed that as in previous months, capital’s land portfolio was primarily formed of new vacant lots, although this trend weakened slightly compared with previous months.
The monitoring showed that one hundred part of land in the capital averaged $1,641.
The most expensive land was put on sale in the Narimanov district of Baku near the Ataturk Avenue. The price was $250,000.
Turkan settlement of Baku saw the lowest price at $625 per one hundred part of land.
