Participants of Estate Market public union has released results of the monitoring into situation in the land market of Azerbaijani capital conducted in Aug. 2009.

The monitoring revealed that the average cost of one hundred part of land in Baku totaled $17,474 in Aug.
Baku’s Sabail district accounted for the majority of price rise. Nasimi district accounted for the smallest number of sale and purchase operations.
Nasimi district accounted for the most expensive hundred part of land at $250,000 and Surakhani – for the cheapest land at $250 per hundred part.
