Azerbaijan launches technical council on standardization and technical regulation

A source said that main goal of the council is to form and introduce public policy in terms of standardization, as well as preparation for the concept, reflecting basic objectives, responsibilities and trends of national standardization system.

Moreover, the agency will conduct analysis into corresponding branches of economy and prepare proposals to introduce international and regional standards in Azerbaijan.
