Privilege mortgage loans to be lent in Azerbaijan

A part of financial means, envisioned by the state budget at AZN 14 mln, have already been transferred to the account of the mortgage fund and the process of privileged loans allocation will start from June 18, 2009.

Thus, the population will be able to appeal to the due credit organizations, empowered by the Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund.

The following persons will be eligible to receiving mortgage loans:

- Martyrs family members (husband, wife, children);
- National heroes (family members);
- Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons;
- Governmental employees with work experience of at least 3 years;
- Candidates and doctors of science;
- Famous sportsmen of the country;
- Military men with experience of at least 3 years in the Ministries of Defense, National Security, Internal Affairs, State Frontier Service.

The sources in the fund noted that eligible persons can use the mortgage loans only once.
