President of Turkmenistan discussed prospects of cooperation in oil and gas sector with SOCAR

Berdimukhamedov stressed great chances of energy cooperation between Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan, the need to diversify energy corridors and once again stressed the positions of their country on the transit of Caspian oil and gas, raised at the conference.

During the meeting the sides discussed prospects of cooperation between Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan in the oil and gas sector.

Abdullayev headed the Azerbaijani delegation that attended the international conference "Role of a reliable transit of energy sources in international cooperation and stable development" in Turkmenistan.
