Azneft raises gas extraction in 2009

According to the company, in this period SOCAR in frames of its share in the Shah Deniz project received 159,039,000 cubic meters of gas, and in frames of its share in joint ventures and operating companies, developing onshore fields - 18,092,000 cubic meters.

Moreover, through the reported period in frames of the project of development of Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli field SOCAR received 1,054,025,000 cubic meters of associated gas. Moreover, in January-March SOCAR purchased 324,057,000 cubic meters of gas from Shah Deniz field.
