The Azerbaijani-Lithuanian business forum was held in the capital of Azerbaijan- Baku under support of the Azerbaijan Economic development ministry on April 7, according to the press service for the Ministry of Economic Development.

The Lithuanian party was represented by about 20 companies, functioning in the spheres of processing of agricultural production, transport, construction, while Azerbaijani side by over 20 representatives.
During the business forum Lithuanian Foreign Minister Vigaudas Ushatskas, deputy economic development minister Niyazi Safarov stressed the development of economic ties between our countries and the interest of both parties in expansion of cooperation.
Bilateral meetings of entrepreneurs were organized in the framework of the forum and the meeting participants discussed opportunities for expanding ties among entrepreneurs.
