Over 89,000 passenger cars imported to Azerbaijan in 2008

Last year Azerbaijan imported 89,044 passenger cars, which is 25.4% growth over 2007, said sources in the State Statistical Committee.
Last year our country imported cars in a total amount of $648,647,300, which is 42.1% higher than the cost of cars, imported in 2007.

Notably, in 2007 Azerbaijan imported 70,963 and in 2006  70,031 passenger cars.
