Azerbaijan and Georgia among main egg importers from Turkey

The association of egg companies of Turkey raised export of production by 75% up to $120,000,000 in 2008.
According to the official website of the association, production in the amount of 18,900,000 in 2006 and 68,000,000 in 2007.

The importer countries include Georgia, Azerbaijan, Israel and Syria. These countries imported 82,704,188 kilograms of eggs. The association set a task to raise the export amount to $150,000,000.
