"Poland is ready to develop all previously defined trends of cooperation not only with Azerbaijan but also other regional states", said the ambassador.

He noted that during the summit the participants discussed issues of supply of Central Asian energy sources to the European markets.

"As you know, Karabakh has signed a contract on supplies of its oil to Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan and other pipelines. This is a great step forward. Karabakh showed that he is also interested in diversification of its resources, including Europe", said Kraevski.

As for the chances of the Nabucco and Odessa-Brody projects, he said all participants of the summit stressed importance of Nabucco, Odessa-Brody-Gdansk projects and agreed to work on these projects.

Kraevski said regarding the influence of the world economic crisis on the implementation of joint large scale energy projects that despite crisis, everyone needs oil and gas.

"There are countries, producing these resources and consumer states, thus the interests of both sides are obvious. The crisis will not have a significant influence on the energy processes", noted the ambassador.
