German experts holding seminar on human resources management in Baku

Day.Az reports with reference to Elman Babayev, head of the sector of public relations of the State Fund of Social Protection, that a delegation of the German Social Management has arrived to hold a seminar in Baku.

Today its participants are holding a presentation on "Effective human resources management". while the improvement of work process and definition of the required number of employees will be discussed tomorrow.

The seminar is held in the framework of an agreement on cooperation between the state fund of social protection and social management of Germany for 2008-2009. The agreement was signed in Germany in 2007 and 5 meetings between the parties have already been held discussing issues of supervision over employers while collecting social insurance fees, personal registration of insured pension structures, information security and so on.
