IBA planning to allocate AZN 10,000,000 for its mortgage lending program

He noted that a special mortgage group, guided by the deputy chairman of the board, had been created under the bank.

"We continue the work in this direction on the inner banking level. Yet, problems may emerge in connection with the raising and dislocation of long-term credits on the background of today's situation on the financial markets. This is a problem, which does not depend on us. But the International Bank is going to allocate a definite amount, AZN 10 mln, from its own funds for issuing mortgage loans", said he.

As for the terms and interest rates on these credits, Hajiyev said these issues are still being discussed.
