President of Azerbaijan: "A large infrastructure meeting world standards has lately been created in Azerbaijan"

President I.Aliyev voiced hope that holding of such a conference will promote demonstration of enriched potential of the two countries in the sphere of energy, studying the accumulated experience and transfer to a new stage of cooperation.

"Participation of representatives of most countries of the world is a result of great attention, paid on the international level. In 1994 National leader of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev signed the contract of the century with the leading oil companies of the world and laid the foundation of the new stage of development and progress in the country's history.

Today, the diverse export strategy of Azerbaijan is a consistent continuation of this policy. At the same time, a large infrastructure, meeting world standards has lately been created in Azerbaijan", says the welcoming message.

The letter says the May visit of Turkmen president Qurbanqulu Berdimukhammedov to Azerbaijan created a reliable basis for partner relations between the two countries.
