The terminal was shut down after a key railway bridge near the Kaspi area of Georgia was blown up in mid-August.
He said the same volumes of oil cargo are being sent to the terminal by the railroad.
Kulevi Terminal is owned by the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan.
A key railway bridge 45 km west of the capital Tbilisi was blown up on August 16. Georgia accused Russian troops of blowing up a key railway bridge while Russia’s General Staff denied carrying out the bridge attack, declaring that hostilities that flared around South Ossetia were, as far as it was concerned, over.
