Construction of a new platform to be launched at Neft Dashlary field

New platform No 2585 is planned to be set at Neft Dashlary field.

Day.Az reports with reference to the press service for the State Oil Company that the four unit platform will be set at a depth of 46 meters 500 meters of platform No 1887.

There is a plan to drill 12 wells on the said platform. The drawings of the underwater part of the platform have already been submitted to the customer-the Neft Dashlary oil and gas producing department. The works on the surface components of the platform (a helicopter area, four moorings and a residential unit for 36 porters) are being completed. The platform construction will be launched following the completion of project works in November.

Two blocs of the platform will be constructed the Neftgaztikinti trust and the rest at Heydar Aliyev's Deepwater Jackets Factory.

It should be noted that 3 new platforms for 60 wells have been installed at the Neft Dashlary field through the past three years.
