Underground gas reservoir under construction in Nakhchivan

Day.Az reports with reference to the press service for the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan that these steps are aimed to study geological conditions for construction of an underground gas reservour.

Thus, the department of exploration drilling Gobustan of the SOCAR complex drilling trust has recently initiated drilling of Boyukduz-4 well. The project depth of the well makes 1400 meters. The construction of the underground gas reservoir and its infrastructure will be conducted depending on results of the first well drilling.
