Korea to finance postal system improvement in Azerbaijan

According to the press service of the Ministry of Communication and Informational Technologies of Azerbaijan, the decision to allocate the grant was adopted following talks between the management of the Korean Postal Service and the Azerbaijani Ministry of Communications and Informational Technologies.

An initial agreement on the issue was reached in the framework of business talks between Azerbaijan and Korea during a meeting of the Administrative Council of the Universal Postal Union held in Swiss Bern from October 29 until November 9 of 2007.

It should be reminded that the said project is financed by Azerbaijan, Korea and the Universal Postal Union.
