Arif Veliyev: "Azerbaijan has raised production of TV sets, passenger cars and lorries"

Statistics shows rise in manufacture of production, which has previously been imported to Azerbaijan, as reported by the chairman of the state statistical committee of Azerbaijan Arif Veliyev.
He noted that the production of TV sets in the country have risen by 2.1 times as compared to 2006 and made up 7,915 TV sets.

"810 passenger cars have been produced this year, which means a 33% in this sphere. The number of produced lorries has risen by 7.4 up to 59", he said.

A.Veliyev announced that cement production made up 1,673,000 tons, which is a 11% rise as compared to 2006.
