Azergarant raises authorized capital 43%

Azerbaijan's Azrgarant Insurance Company increased its authorized capital 43% to AZN 1 million.

Shukur Huseynov, deputy chair of the board, told APA-Economics that the authorized capital increase was funded by the existing shareholders.

The company is working to further increase its nominal capital and prepare new insurance packages.

Established by a number of individuals in 1993, Azergarant provides 21 voluntary and 4 compulsory types of insurance services.
