BSE holds placement of short-term notes

The amount of bids by 12 investors totaled to 43,833,400 manats at face value. Bids were presented in price range from 99.15% (YTM – 11.02%) to 99.10% (YTM – 11.68%). National Bank set cut off price on competitive bids in the amount of 99.10% (YTM – 11.68%) and weighted average price in the amount of 99.12% (YTM – 11.41%). Volume of notes realized at face value formed 43,833,400 manats, including noncompetitive bids of 3,634,600 manats.

The maturity date of notes is June 27, 2007. APA-Economics
