We will re-propose to limit free home phone use, Ali Abbasov says

"I agree with the decision passed by the Tariff Council. If the decision is passed, we have to fulfill it," said Ali Abbasov, Azerbaijan's Communications and Information Technologies Minister.

He added that the increase of monthly subscription fee for home phones will pave the way for implementation of new projects.

He noted the Council held that it is early to limit free home phone use in the country.

"In developed countries, all telephone calls, including in-city calls are charged. We will give our proposals again in the future if our people are ready for this move," he said. APA-Economics
