IOTA working group meets in Baku

The meeting to be concluded on May 18 brought together representatives from tax administrations of more than 20 European countries and Azerbaijan, Italy, Estonia, Poland, France, Finland and Denmark tax bodies will deliver presentations during the meeting.

Natig Gasimov, Azerbaijan's Deputy Minister of Taxes, made a keynote speech at the meeting, speaking on tax fraud, VAT and other tax-related issues.

Established in 2002, IOTA joins 38 countries in tax sphere. Out of Commonwealth of Independent States, Azerbaijan, Moldova, Ukraine and Georgia are full members of the organization. APA-Economics
