Belarus' Industry Ministry intends to double trade with Azerbaijan in 2007

The Industry Ministry of Belarus is planning to double trade with Azerbaijan during 2007.

The Ministry officer Alexander Maloletov told at the press conference that industry-related trade with Azerbaijan was $7.732 million for 2006 ($7.7 million exports and $32,000 imports). He added that the two-month trade already reached $2.5 million between the two nations.

He said that Azerbaijan's Ganja Auto Plant assembles tractors and trucks with parts delivered by Minsk Auto and Tractor Plants. APA-Economics
