SOCAR to construct new residential complex in Lokbatan

SOCAR told APA-Economics that residential complex consisted of 22 five-storeyed buildings will be constructed in 3.5 hectares area. The company will construct two water-basins, pump stations, boiler house, two power substations, drainage, and sewage and gas lines in the complex.

SOCAR has completed the construction of three new five-storeyed buildings and will present 7 new apartments to owners.

Due to the executive order signed by President, in the frame of State Program on Socio-Economic Development of Regions, SOCAR is constructing modern schools which meet all international standards. The company plans to construct 14 medical-diagnostic centers, Olympic sport complexes, water and gas pipelines, road and bridges and boiler-rooms in the regions.
