4552 mortgages registered in the first 4 months of 2006

State Register Service of Real Estate press service told APA that 26764 of registration extracts are on land area, 64587 are on flats, 19154 are on individual flats, and 6947 are on other kinds of other real estates.31033 of all extracts on estates registered until today deal with initial registration, 77050 with repeated registration, 9369 deal with mortgage. 62149 of all registered extracts on the estates come for Baku city. The respective comparison of initial registration with repeated registration show that repeated registration prevails. The reports say the development temps are clear in the 4 months of this year.

34620 real estates were registered in the first 4 months of this year in the republic’s territory.8245 of the registered estates are lands, 19281 are flats, 5209 are individual flats, 1885 are other kinds of estate. 16072 of 34620 registered estates come for Baku city. The analysis show that the proportion of mortgage in the real estate registration have raised in the regions. 4552 mortgage were registered in the country this year and 2482 of them were registered in Baku. The rest 2070 mortgages are registered in different regions of Azerbaijan.
