$350m invested in privatized enterprises

Azerbaijan's State Committee for Property Management have taken measures to attract investors and privatization of nearly 15 stock companies on car-building, chemistry production of construction materials, communication, possessing of agricultural goods and other fields.

The committee told APA-Economics that $350m has been invested to companies for restoration of production process, application of new technologies considered in Investment Program presented by the winners of investment contest. Last year over 500 jobs have opened as the result of investment contest.

The state committee studies out agreements on investment and management, analyses current investing and takes measures due to contracts.
