Azerbaijan's budget surplus reaches AZN 252.34mln, Q1

Azerbaijan's state budget was executed with a surplus of AZN 252.34 million for the period of January-March.

The revenues and expenditures of the budget totaled AZN 1,086.8164 million and AZN 84.5767 million respectively.

The Finance Ministry told APA-Economics that AZN 119.3126 million came from individual income tax, AZN 376.752 million from corporate profit tax, AZN 246.1653 million from VAT, AZN 60.3561million from excise tax, AZN 15.8498 million from corporate property tax, AZN 6.074 million from corporate land tax, AZN 4.6953 million from road tax, AZN 25,5838 million from mining tax, AZN 9.222 million from simplified tax, AZN 33.2926 million from customs, AZN 9.5594 million from state duties, AZN 37.7156 million from non-tax incomes, AZN 112.5 million from the State Oil Fund, AZN 19.9839 million from budgetary organizations and AZN 9.0381 million from other payments.

AZN 95.1958 million was spent on defense, AZN 79.7665 million on judiciary, law-enforcement and prosecution bodies, AZN 71.0218 million on education, AZN 122.5506 million on healthcare, AZN 33.6657 million on social protection and security, AZN 14.806 2 million on culture, art, information and other spheres, AZN 10.0999 million on apartment and utility sector, AZN 21.9122 million on protection of agriculture, forestry, fishing, hunting and environmental, AZN 172.6097 million on industry, construction and minerals, AZN 848,000 on transportand communications, AZN 20,000 on business and AZN 54.1673 million on services not included in the main sections.
