Ministry official Rufat Gulmammadov told APA-Economics the working group involving Microsoft and Intel experts will prepare discuss the draft before preparing a package of proposals for the Government.
Representatives from Microsoft Office in Moscow will visit Baku on May 4.
"The Popular Computer Project is aimed at offering state-of-the-art computers to poor families on credit for three years at a low interest rate," he said.
Within the scope of the implementation of two-year project, the number of computers per 100 people will reach 20-25 in Azerbaijan. At present there are 3 computers per 100 people in the country.
