Barmek president Huseyn Arabul to undergo surgery

Huseyn Arabul, president of Barmek-Azerbaijan Electricity Distribution LLC will undergo an eye surgery.

Arabul told the APA he wants to be operated abroad. Arabul appealed to court for allowing him to leave the country temporarily.

"I wanted to undergo surgery on May 1, but I have not got permission yet," he said.

Huseyn Arabul also underlined that in this case he will invite a surgeon from Turkey.

As criminal case was instituted against Barmek in March, 2006 Huseyn Arabul is banned from leaving the country.
