Firefighting equipment brought to Azerbaijan from foreign countries not meet standards

Emergences Ministry examined that firefighting equipment brought to Azerbaijan from Turkey, Iran, Russia, China and other countries do not meet standards.

Deputy Emergences Minister Etibar Mirzoyev said that four companies appealed to the Ministry for producing firefighting equipment in Azerbaijan, and these appeals are being investigated at present.

"Only Kaspi Yildiz company is given consent for the producing of firefighting equipment temporally. But there are several shortcomings in that company. If they do not remove the shortcomings, proper measures will be taken on it," he said. APA
