Draft on amendments to 2007 state budget to be submitted to parliament

The president will submit the draft on amendments to the 2007 state budget of Azerbaijan to the parliament by May 15, Hadi Rajabli, chief of parliament’s socio-political standing commission said.

"Some amendments are expected to be made. The budget's expenditure will be specified after the profit is known. As there are no exact figures, it is impossible to say anything beforehand," he said.

Rajabli said increasing of salaries has been the priority in the budget law in recent three years.

Commenting on increase of prices along with salaries, Hadi Rajabli said it is natural character of market economy, APA reports.
