Baku-Tbilisi-Kars continues on schedule

"The documentation of Baku-Tbilisi-Akhalkalak-Kars railway project is to be completed," Azerbaijan's Transport Minister Ziya Mammadov told the journalists.

The minister noted that Turkey's Yuksel Domanic Company will develop and hand project on construction of Georgian part of railroad project. Azerbaijan has already allocated $50m to the project and will allocate $150m after the construction works start.

Azerbaijani side has extended $200m credit to Georgia's Marabda Kartsakhi railways LLC for Baku-Tbilisi-Akhalkalak-Kars railway project, APA-Economics reports.
