Storehouses for agricultural products to be constructed

Storehouses for agricultural products will be constructed in different regions of Azerbaijan this year.

Agriculture Ministry told APA-Economics that the ministry has already received some proposals which are being considered.

The ministry noted that at present there are no produce storehouses in Azerbaijan in line with modern standards.

Measures Plan implemented in the frame of Development Strategy of Agriculture by 2015 considers that construction of storehouses for agricultural products.

The measures plan also includes creation of wholesale markets, stimulation of increase of export operations, etc.
