AtaSighorta to raise its authorized capital to AZN 2mln

AtaSighorta Insurance Company intends to raise its authorized capital to AZN 2mln, Executive Director Ismayil Garayev stated.

He said the board meeting will discuss increase of the authorized capital.

As APA reports, he told that AZN 250,000 of the announced amount was paid-up, as of March. AtaSigorta authorized capital reached AZN 1.25mln.

AtaSighorta was established by AtaHolding in 2004. It provides 31 voluntary and 4 compulsory insurance services.
