Georgian Oil and Gas Corporation told APA-Economics that the country will be importing 1mln cubic meters of natural gas per day via this route as well as continuing to receive 1.3mln cubic meters of natural gas a day from Azerbaijan until April 1 through the old pipeline at a price of $120 per 1,000 cubic meters.
Georgia got 7.8mln cubic meters of Shah Deniz gas during January.
For 2007 Georgia shall receive 250 cu m of gas as transit tax. Also, Turkey is expected to cede some part of its original quota (some 800mln cubic meters) to Georgia.
