Legal procedure on two Barmek officials' appeals held

The legal procedure on the appeals of two former officials of Barmek-Azerbaijan Electricity Distribution LLC was held on Wednesday.

The next legal procedure was appointed to March 28 as some documents from relevant bodies were required, the court told the APA.

Court of Grievous Crimes sentenced Elnur Mutallimov and Firudin Agayev with charges on Article 314.2 (negligence) to two years, Asif Alekberov and Ahliman Mammadov to 18 months, Alesker Ramazanov and Rahib Musayev with charges on Article 308 (abuse of power) correspondingly to three years and six months and three years.
