Azer-Turk Bank to launch three regional branches

Azer-Turk Bank intends to open its first branch in Ganja during the first half of the year.

The Bank Officer Hasan Badalov told that two regional branches will also be established in Zagatala and Nakhchivan by the year's end.

The Bank has a branch in Baku and 6 branches will be launched during 2007-2008. In 1995 AzerTurkBank was established by Turkish T.C.Ziraat Bankasi A.S. (46%), German Ziraat Bank International AG (4%), Azeri Agrarcredit (46%) and Turanbank (4%).

As of January 1, its assets reached AZN 25.83m, loan portfolio AZN 14.19m, and deposit portfolio AZN 1.7m, aggregate capital AZN 8.35m, including the authorized capital amounted to AZN 7m, APA reports.
