Boss-Shelf workers quit Labour Union

23 February 2007 [18:57] - TODAY.AZ
The administration of Boss-Shelf come will give concrete answer to the demands of the workers that protested yesterday against compensation payments, the workers inform.

Though the company leadership told the workers that they will answer within a day, they asked the workers to wait for some days. 60 workers of the company filed application of resignation from Labour Union, APA reports.

The chief of the Union Allahyar Eyyubov told that the workers protested illegally. He also noted that they are representatives of opposition parties among the workers.

"They are engaged in politics. They want to politicize the events occurred in the company. I do not support them," he said.

Mr. Eyyubov noted that only 10 of the workers filed resignation applications.
