Azerbaijan lifts ban on imports from Turkey and Krasnodar

Azerbaijan has lifted the ban on imports from Turkey and Krasnodar except fowls and feed.

Press service of the State Veterinary Service under Agriculture Ministry Yolchu Khanveli told the APA that the State Veterinary Service is on alert to protect Azerbaijan from bird flu virus.

State Veterinary Service states that poultries should be kept in close conditions. Hunting, selling and using migratory and wild birds is banned, he said.

Import of fowls and feed from Turkey and Krasnodar has been banned recently.
