Legal procedure on Barmek former officials' appeal postponed

Judge Rasul Safarov told the APA as the lawyers did not come to the process it was appointed to February 28.

Accused Rahib Musayev and Alesker Ramazanov filed an appeal against the decision of the Court of Grievous Crimes.

Court of Grievous Crimes sentenced Elnur Mutallimov and Firudin Agayev with charges on Article 314.2 (negligence) to two years, Asif Alekberov and Ahliman Mammadov to 18 months, Alesker Ramazanov and Rahib Musayev with charges on Article 308 (abuse of power) correspondingly to three years and six months and three years.
