Azerbaijan Industry Bank to lend mortgage loans at 6% annually

Azerbaijan Industry Bank, as an authorized bank of Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund, will begin lending mortgage loans at a 6% interest rate annually.

Bank's official Elnur Islamov told APA that although the ceiling of mortgage interest rate is set at 8% annually, the Bank has decided to lend mortgage loans at 6% annually.

Bank's assets reached AZN 27,92mln and authorized capital made AZN 7.8mln.
Azerbaijan Industry Bank (former CIBank) was established in 1996.
