Oil tank cars train on route to Georgia derailed

On Saturday, at about 13.20 the 25th, 26th and 27th cars of Baku-Georgia oil tank cars train ran off the rails near Govlar station of Tovuz region.

As the result of the accident, nearly 25-30 tonnes raw oil has spilled, Emergencies Ministry public relations press service told the APA.

At present the officers of Emergencies Ministry are in the site. Extra forces were involved to the site.

The traffic in the railway stopped for ensuring the security. The reasons of the accident are investigated.
